Building Self Esteem tips from Life Coach


If building self esteem is something that is important to you, you are not alone. 

Though it may not seem that way, most people suffer from self-esteem problems.

 

The main causes for a low self esteem are: 

  1. External referencing - this is when we focus on other people’s opinions instead of finding an inner, personal source of truth, worth and self-love. Learning to develop your intuition, you will find your pathway to your inner wisdom and inner strength. Learn about intuition
  2. Being at war with the self - this is where we had judged part of that personality, our feelings and thoughts as bad. When we go to war with ourselves, we lose our wholeness. The emptiness inside, is literally the result of evicting a part of who we are. The emptiness, is the space left behind where a part of you used to live. A lack of purpose -  if we focus on doing, we live with their inner torture chamber of thoughts like “ have I done enough?” , “ is this good enough?” and we think that our purpose is something we are supposed to do.
